A report published by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) on Wednesday estimates that around 6 million Americans would end up paying a penalty for not taking out health insurance, as required under President Barack Obama‘s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as ‘ObamaCare’. This figure is approximately 50 percent higher than originally predicted.
